Exchanges and Returns

Due to our small-scale manufacturing, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for our online store at this point. All online sales are final, so please take extra care when choosing your Glad product!

Damaged Goods and Warranty

Faults in any Stuff by Glad goods will be amended within 12 months of the sale. Contact us here. Please note that this excludes unavoidable leather imperfections, general damage due to wear and tear, or improper treatment of the item.

Shipping

Stuff by Glad ships using Australia Post Standard Shipping with tracking. Your tracking number will be provided to you with your purchase confirmation. At present, we do not post internationally.
